AI disclosure & call recording

Ava identifies herself as an AI assistant at the start of every call, and confirms it any time she's asked — by design and to meet bot-disclosure laws (California, Utah, and others). A recording disclosure plays on every call, following each state's one- or two-party consent rules. Any caller who wants a human is warm-transferred immediately.

Data we process for you

Acting as your service provider, VoxDrive processes call audio and transcripts, caller phone numbers, vehicle details, and appointment information — only to answer your calls, book appointments, and report results back to you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your callers' data to train third-party models.

Encryption & retention

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Call recordings and transcripts are retained per your configured retention period and then deleted. You can request export or deletion of your workspace's data at any time.

Outbound calling & TCPA / DNC

Outbound campaigns (recall, declined-service, and reminder calls) run only with documented customer consent, against a scrubbed Do-Not-Call list, and inside legal calling windows. These guardrails are built into the platform — an outbound campaign can't be launched without them.

Infrastructure & subprocessors

VoxDrive runs on Google Cloud (US regions). We use vetted subprocessors for telephony, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and language models, each under a data-processing agreement. A current subprocessor list is available on request, and we'll notify customers before adding a material new one.

Access & your phone line

Your published number never changes. A conditional-forwarding star code sends only the calls your team misses to VoxDrive, and you can turn it off in seconds. You stay in control of your line at all times.
